Privacy Policy

This game is developed by the LTY team. This policy explains what data is collected when you play, why, and who it's shared with.
What we collect directly
The game itself does not require an account, and does not collect your name, email, or other personal information to let you play. Your run progress, deck, and settings are stored locally on your device — we don't receive or store a copy of them.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
This app shows ads via Google AdMob, which may collect device and advertising identifiers (such as your device's advertising ID), approximate location, and app-usage data to serve and measure ads, and to personalize them where you've allowed it. On iOS, you'll see Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt the first time this applies — your choice there controls ad personalization. Purchases (Apple / Google)
The optional Remove Ads purchase is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform. We never see or store your payment details — only whether the purchase was made, so we can turn ads off for your account.
Children's privacy
This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
Data retention
Because gameplay data stays on your device, uninstalling the app removes it. Data collected by AdMob is retained and controlled under Google's own policy, not ours.
Your choices
- Limit ad tracking via your device's OS-level privacy settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking. Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- Uninstall the app at any time to remove all locally stored data.
- Purchase Remove Ads to stop ad requests (and the associated AdMob data collection tied to serving them) going forward.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
